John Holland: Founder, Chairman and CEO

Mr. Holland began his Wall Street Career with Merrill Lynch in 1976, a pioneer of multi-disciplinary portfolio management while overseeing $132 million in separately managed accounts. He was among the first graduates of the Wharton School of Business Certified Investment Manager Analyst (C.I.M.A.) program, and is an experienced asset allocation and modular portfolio modeling program developer. Mr. Holland has passed the FINRA Series 7, 3 and 66 examinations, and has been a licensed life insurance agent since 1975.

Mike O’Connor: President

Mike O’Connor is a past Director of a top 50 U.S. advertising agency in the Twin Cities, and past CEO of to medical start-up companies, one of which was acquired by Johnson & Johnson.

Arly Richau: General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Arly Richau is a former State Commissioner of Securities (North Dakota), and has been involved in a wide range of legislative and lobbying activities.

Kent Lee: Chief Financial Officer

Kent Lee was most recently the Controller of the Red Canyon Company, LLC, and has over 30 years’ accounting and finance experience, including his instrumental roles in two mortgage banking start-ups.

Anthony Headley: MD, FRCS, Outside Director

Dr. Headley is a world-renowned orthopedic surgeon, author, researcher and educator. Dr. Headley is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburg, President of the Institute for Bone and Joint Disorders Corporation in Phoenix, and the Chairman of the Department of Orthopedics at St. Luke’s Medical Center.

Kristen Schneider: Vice President Life Settlement Operations

Kristen joins us from Ash Brokerage Corporation, where she was the Life Settlement Director for their multi-million dollar SLS business. Kristen began her life insurance career as a licensing and contracting representative, and later worked as a case manager before becoming the Life Settlement Director for Ash Brokerage.

Dan Thatcher: Investor Relations Coordinator

Dan has a 10 year history of management. He managed a Web Design company in the Bay area for three years. He is experienced with customer service and graphic design. He is currently managing our investor files and interfacing with current investors.

Julie Owens: Accounting/Marketing Liaison Coordinator

For twelve years, Julie was the bookkeeper and manager for a Custom Home Builder in Scottsdale, Arizona. She is also owner and operator of her own business which provides a wide range of services including graphic design and event coordination.

Maleesha Hare: SLS Administrative Asst.

Maleesha has ten years experience in customer relations, accounting, marketing and events coordination. She is presently, head of Life Settlement research and current legislative activity for ILSAG at the State and Federal level.

Tom Janssen: Account Relationship Manager

Tom comes to us with a variety of experience from owning & operating his own business to being V.P. of Marketing for a Master Planned Community in Arizona, to Sales Manager for numerous Medical Equipment Companies here in Arizona.
