The Independent Life Settlement Advisory Group is an Arizona limited liability company with headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, and a field office in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The Company is a Registered Investment Advisor and will be taking a multi-disciplinary, portfolio management approach to life settlement assets and markets. Its profit centers include:

• ClearView (a new way of examining life expectancy estimates and portfolio risk)
• Omnuity (a retail product)
• Capital Advisors (an SLS portfolio origination and advisory group)
• Acquisitions - the Company plans to invest a portion of its earnings in equity in several of the life settlement industry's best-performing service companies.

The company's umbrella strategy is to provide services all along the life settlement continuum through its diversified operating subsidiaries (see illustration, below). This strategy allows the Company to maintain a presence at all industry levels simultaneously, creating a natural hedge against surging (or declining) margins in any one industry sector. The Company is developing products and services designed to put the Company in a position to "manage the managers." Using the sales and distribution networks of other financial services companies keeps the Company's headcount to revenue ratio low.

The Company's management has formed strategic relationships with the country's most experienced brokers to ensure product flow, quality, and diversity. We understand the complexities of legislation that varies by state, and guarantee that our asset holdings are in full regulatory compliance. We have working relationships with actuaries, underwriters, commissioners and legal resources of every stripe. We start our due diligence with double underwriting on each new asset and then apply our proprietary ClearView filter. Our data collection and management procedures are rigorous.
